Reasons why we are called in
- We need to make sure our web specification is complete
- We need you to check our current website to make sure it's OK
- Our website doesn't work on a Mac, can you tell us what needs fixing?
- We need somebody to manage the delivery of our web project to make sure the web agency aren't taking any liberties
- Can you sit in while we interview vendors to make sure we cover the bases?
- We don't understand the technology; AJAX is a cleaner, right?
- XML, UML, JavaScript, ActionScript, XSLT, HTTP ... er, help!?
Approach
Each engagement is different, and we use a variety of methods depending on each situation and the size of the client, including but not limited to workshops, one-to-one meetings, facilitation and brainstorming. Some engagements can be as simple as a read-through of your requirements and filling in the blanks, to meeting candidate vendors with you, through to helping you fully scope and document the requirements.

Results
"Thank you for your wonderful expertise. You rapidly understood the vision for and complexities of the project and created a workable long-term plan for the new site."
