Apr02Allied Irish Bank Issues

We are aware of an issue with a 3rd party provider which is preventing Allied Irish Bank acquirers from processing transactions.   We are working closely with all parties in order to resolve the issue.   This is only affecting Allied Irish Bank customers.   UPDATE - 11:50am (02/04/2012) We have identified the root cause of the issue and continue to work with AIB and our 3rd party provider until we have reached a resolution.    RESOLVED - 12:09pm (02/04/2012) We have been seeing transactions processing successfully since 11:55am.  Our 3rd party provider carried out some engineering work which rectified the issue and our connection to AIB. [5:00 am]
Mar12Delay in Fraud Results

We have been advised by our Third Party Fraud Partner that they are experiencing technical issues.  Their engineer is currently investigating and will provide an update as soon as we have heard from them.   Update at 14.49pm : We have just received an update that the issue is still not resolved but that the engineers are treating this as a matter of urgency.   Update at 16.26 : We have received an update that the issue has now been fixed and that they are now clearing the backlog as a matter of urgency.   Update at 19.49 : The results are coming through now with only a slight delay.  This should be fully resolved very soon. [8:37 am]
