Approach
Each engagement is different, and we use a variety of methods depending on each situation and the size of the client, including but not limited to workshops, one-to-one meetings, facilitation and brainstorming.
Results
Just delivering a project on-time and to budget is only part of the refactoring equation. Sometimes we need to ask why or how we should be doing the project, but often that comes after the project has started (or in some cases "delivered"). We work with you to refactor projects that are not going as planned, are failing to deliver on their promises, or, at the worst, have failed to deliver on the client the expectations; sometimes this means a few small changes, and sometimes some radical ones.
