Fakhreldine

About Fakhreldine:
A glamorous fixture of the Piccadilly restaurant scene for many years, Fakhreldine offers a sleek, modern take on Lebanese food and decor. Now under new ownership, this London landmark is set to consolidate its position still further. The glorious, uninterrupted views over Green Park, the contemporary yet welcoming surroundings and the relaxed and courteous service all remain.
The Brief:
The website needs to be top of search engines and we need to develop a healthy sales revenue through our online ordering facility. We need to further extend our reach in the ever-competitive restaurant business in London.
Our Approach:
Working with the incumbent design and developers - PixelBirth - we looked strategically and tactically at how we could ensure that the new site could get high search engine results for key phrases. We also proposed a social media strategy given the ties with celebrity and the fashion houses that already existed, and look forward to sourcing and publishing relevant information on the Fakhreldine blog over the coming year.

Park Lane Apartments

About Park Lane Apartments:
Park Lane Apartments is an established Mayfair property management company.
The Brief:
Our brief was to improve the design and the search engine results since the old Flash site was generating no traffic or enquiries. We also developed a full, online property management database.
Our Approach:
The original site was completely frame based and most of the content existed only as images or Flash, thus not generating any interest from search engines. Furthermore, all the valuable content (ie the property information) was pulled from an external site via a third-party database system. The overall design, content and approach of the previous site was wrong, and needed to be re-thought and re-built from the ground up. We brought the overall design back on-brand, simplified and enhanced the property management tools and ensured that the site was search engine friendly. We used image manipulation tools in the admin site so that large property images were rescaled as needed by the system to simplify its use by the Park Lane team.
Client Quote:
It's really easy to manage our website now, thanks to such a friendly interface ... You have done an excellent job improving things and we can finally understand where our website visitors are coming from.

Noura Brasseries

About Noura Brasseries:
Noura is the leading Lebanese restaurant group in London with five locations in Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Piccadilly. Noura was recently listed in the top 100 restaurant groups in the UK.
The Brief:
The original brief was to rebuild the site in line with the brand and develop an online take-away food ordering system.
Our Approach:
We created a completely new look in keeping with the Noura brand without frames (easier for search engines). We also completely redeveloped the ordering process using a mySQL database so that products could be easily managed and the order process better structured around the customer. Now, when orders are placed, they are sent directly to Noura (via fax and SMS) where they can be easily processed.
Client Quote:
The number of orders we get has risen since you rebuilt our website, and we also get more telephone orders for our catering services.

Boghossian Industrial & Investment Group

About Boghossian Industrial & Investment Group:
BIG is an international group of companies with interests primarily in oil, gas, power, and civil engineering.
The Brief:
A website was needed to show the Group's various interests and provide some online marketing. The site must be professional, and grab your attention. We don't want to use frames because they cause problems with search engines, but we would like the header fixed on the page. The site should also be printable.
Our Approach:
After an initial meeting in London, we continued to develop the site via telephone and email for this Lebanese-based global company. We first animated the group logo in Flash and built an introduction home page including an animated introduction and Flash world clocks. We then used cutting-edge CSS technology to fix the header on the page without using frames, and maximised the use of CSS throughout the site to create a search engine friendly site plus providing a fact sheet style when you print each page instead of the on-screen version.
